Ron Brenner Architects designed this home as the grand opening model for "Tapestry"; a new residential development in Lake Elmo, Minnesota.

 

The exterior is characterized by careful attention to scale and detail. A beautifully proportioned front gable gracefully curves into the Cape Cod styled roof forms. Subtle overhangs with delicate brackets provide interesting shadow lines and help to protect the windows below.

 

The main floor accommodates kitchen, living and dining areas within its elegant open floor plan. A sunroom is neatly positioned outside of the primary living space. The generous mud room provides space for entry from the side, and access to the above garage bonus space. Upstairs the three bedrooms, including the master suite, are neatly placed beneath the beautiful roof line.
