A second community building, splash pool facility, park structures and entry monuments were designed to reinforce the brand image for Stonemill Farms - a 1200 unit housing development in Woodbury, Minnesota.

All these amenities were planned to integrate within mulitiple “Commons” areas and networked via a trail system.

All structures employ a midwest agricultural architecture which distinctly connects with the Stonemill Farms brand.
