This fun octagon home is perched on a 250 foot bluff overlooking the St. Croix River. Our clients want to build a modest addition on the octagon that preserves the existing architecture while providing more functional living space.

With this unique challenge, the addition will include an owner's suite, office space, guest bedrooms, and storage that is complementary while a remodel of the existing structure will expand the living and dining space.
