This cute 1950's home is getting a makeover. The clients want to add charm and function to the single story ranch while also giving the mid-century gem a cottage vibe. 

 

As such, we were tasked with improving the approach from the street and front entry experience, open up and enhance views of the St. Croix River from all main level spaces — especially the kitchen, create a proper owner suite and second level addition for guests, and add a wrapping river-side deck and family zone in the lower level.

This remodel will create unbelievable indoor/outdoor living and entertaining spaces while capitalizing on the property's stunning view of the St. Croix River.
