Our clients are empty nesters and want to create a modest-sized 'forever' home for the family to gather as they grow.

 

Our clients desired a “modern farmhouse” with one-story living, an open floor plan, a large gym, pool, and plenty of indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces. This home will be nestled in the trees and will have sweeping views of the savanna. The interior architecture will be flooded with natural light and will offer a peaceful welcoming as our clients have named their home, “Peace of Prairie.”
