Ron Brenner Architects was chosen by Greeley Commercial, LLC, to design new townhomes in downtown Stillwater. Located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and the St. Croix River, these beautiful homes will be high quality, modestly scaled, architecturally appropriate, and complementary to the existing neighborhood.

The exterior design is inspired from the many 1-½ and 2 story vernacular homes throughout Stillwater. While the architectural style is consistent, they are given individuality through varying porch designs, window patterns, entry locations, and color.
