This home, designed by Ron Brenner Architects and constructed by Hendel Homes, was featured within the Twin Cities "Artisan Home Tour".

The exterior, with its gable forms and dormer treatments, exhibits our modern take on a distinctly Cape Cod style. Multiple exterior space experiences are provided including a wrapping porch that can be left open or enclosed via a "Phantom Screen". The Porch flows to an on-grade patio providing a totally outdoor experience.
