The City of Blaine Minnesota commissioned Ron Brenner Architects to create this community facility for their new flagship park - Lexington Athletic Complex.

The city specifically wanted to pay homage to the historical farm which previously occupied the site. We responded with a contemporary adaptation of the gambrel roofed barn.

The building provides for meeting space, concessions, bathrooms, sports storage and a maintenance room for park equipment.
